A large monastery located in the Karyá area, offering an excellent view of the northern coast and the Sentoukia.
Although it is no longer inhabited, the monastery is open to visitors. It is dedicated to Saint Eustathius, whose memory is honored on September 20th. Eustathius, a high-ranking officer in the Roman army, converted to Christianity and, along with his family, was martyred in the early 2nd century AD.
